Pool

Eli has been playing with this little pool non stop for the past week or so.  Imagine how much fun he'd have if it actually had water in it!
We're going to Salt Lake City for 4 days this weekend to see Billy, Larkyn and Grady.  Can't wait!

Saturday afternoon

We went to the park yesterday and met our friends Leaat, David and their little boy Liam there.  David took some nice pics of us.  Eli loved playing in the sand and came home very dirty!

Mother's day

Happy day to all the mum's out there for yesterday.   We had a nice day.. Shane cooked blueberry pancakes and bacon for breakfast and a delicious lamb meal for dinner.  And I didn't have to do any dishes!  We had a trip to the playground in the middle of the day where we saw loads of dads and kids.. sans mums.  I guess most mums got the day off!

Sunshine

The last 2 weekends have been sunny and we've been out and about soaking it up.
 Last weekend Jessie and Jamshed visited which was awesome.  Come again soon!

And this weekend is was even warmer.  We had a picnic in the park on Saturday (our new favourite thing!), 

 rode our bikes the beach chalet on Sunday

 and squeezed in Eli's first visit to the Academy of Sciences.  Eli LOVED the fish.  He was so excited and kept trying to run everywhere.  No, he can't run yet so mostly fell flat on his face a lot!
